About

Anastasia Sharipova

My work supports people in restoring balance in their physical, emotional, and mental health through gentle, nervous system–oriented bodywork.

I am a certified Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST) and trained in the Bowen Technique. My background also includes a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.

In my work, I view symptoms not simply as problems to eliminate, but often as signals from the body that something within the system is asking for attention or support. Beneath these responses, the body retains an inherent capacity for regulation and healing. The work is to gently support the system in reconnecting with that capacity.

In sessions, I offer educated, attentive touch together with a grounded therapeutic presence. This creates a space where the body can release tension patterns, the nervous system can settle, and natural balance can gradually re-emerge.

Training and professional background

I studied craniosacral therapy at the East European School of Osteopathy in Kyiv.

I later completed Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training with the Craniosacral Therapy Educational Trust (CTET) in London, under the direction of Michael Kern.

I also trained in the Bowen Technique with John Wilks (Bowtech, UK).

For over seven years I have worked with clients in Ukraine and Luxembourg, and now continue my practice in Belgium while also seeing clients in Luxembourg.

Approach

My work combines a clinical understanding of the body with a sensitive and attentive approach to the nervous system.

Alongside my therapeutic training, my background as a yoga teacher and meditation practitioner has deepened my appreciation for mindful awareness, presence, and the body’s capacity to reorganize when given the right conditions.

Sessions are collaborative and respectful of each person’s pace. Rather than forcing change, the work supports the system in finding its own path toward stability, resilience, and ease.
